Awesome Game Character Clothing Styles People Just Don’t Understand

I think if most people were honest with themselves, they would recognize that there are many ways to improve their style. As for me, there are more than a few ways. After all, I only recently learned how to cuff the ends of my jeans and the value of different types of hats.

You could definitely describe my style as visually unique most of the time, so it’s no surprise that I wear totally different gaming outfits. Sadly, society’s critical stares will definitely keep me from donning some of my favorite video game outfits, but that doesn’t mean I’ll stop loving them.

GAME VIDEO OF THE DAY

ten Ezio Auditore – Assassin’s Creed

Yes, Assassin’s Creed dresses are a bit too much, but it’s hard to deny that they’re not one of the most stylish outfits in video games. Without the iconic hood and the right dyes, the outfit could become a truly unique party outfit.

Everyone might be wondering why I just came out of the 1400s, but these dresses have to be of the highest quality. Better yet, wearing them would probably make anyone feel like a cool assassin. Unfortunately, the outfit probably wouldn’t work for any occasion.

9 Tidus – Final Fantasy X

Some might say that bright yellow, an almost bare chest and a weird set of tunics wouldn’t make for a great outfit, but what can I say? Just call me a trendsetter. With some of the weird things that are considered trendy these days, I think Tidus’ outfit might work.

The single gauntlet and one pant leg being shorter than the other would definitely give me some funny looks, and I’m just too fragile to handle that. Not to mention, you have to have some serious confidence to wear this little shirt.

8 Kratos – God of War

I can’t be the only one who likes getting in touch with his Greek god of war, can I? There’s no way the iconic Spartan look will fly in just about any situation anywhere in the world these days, but we can all dream of a freer life.

Growing out a thick beard to complete the look would make anyone look battle-ready. The problem is, I like service in restaurants, and you know what they say, no shirt, no shoes, no delicious meals that I didn’t have to take the time to make. .

seven Liu Kang – Mortal Kombat

You have to be very confident to go back, and given that I don’t think leather vests were ever considered fashionable, wearing Liu Kang’s Mortal Kombat outfit might be difficult. I think it looks pretty cool (although that could just be down to the nasty deaths), but I would never call myself a fashion either.

In the right situations, I might not even get the stares of everyone in the room. There’s a world somewhere that I’m totally fine with being the only guy in the room who looks like a walking anime character, but that world isn’t the one.

6 Snow – Final Fantasy 13

If you’re like me, then you know the value of a good jacket. When looking at characters with great jackets, it became a mix between Snow and Sephiroth, with Snow winning due to the more laid-back nature of his jacket.

The real problem is that for how much I dig Snow’s outfit, I’m not much of a hat guy. His hat-bandana is really a bigger issue than his elaborate jacket and gloves. I would look like a hardcore biker, without the extra toughness needed to not have funny looks.

5 Joker – Persona 5 Royal

No, I’m not referring to Joker’s everyday outfits in Persona 5, although those probably would have helped me dress better in high school and even meet some fun secondary characters. I’m referring to how awesome he looks when he’s in the Metaverse. I’m not the biggest on leather, but this is an outfit I would try.

The biggest issues are the mask that comes with the outfit, making it look like I’d be ready for some sort of ancient ball, and the back of the jacket. The way the fabric is cut makes it look like some sort of formal wear, something that would probably confuse anyone who saw me.

4 Lloyd Irving – Symphony Tales

It’s certainly fair to say Lloyd’s outfit is a lot, but standing out is an important part of fashion, isn’t it? I’m seriously asking, I know someone has some advice. Rocking the bright red with the black pants is great, but it’s another situation to look like a walking anime character.

While that’s not a bad thing in and of itself, and more people should walk around looking like anime characters, most people aren’t ready for that kind of look just yet. If How I Met Your Mother’s Ted can be ashamed of wearing red cowboy boots, I know I can be ashamed of pulling off Lloyd’s big red boots.

3 Pagan Min – Far Cry 4

People probably wear brightly colored suits these days, but even most of those people probably have fun looks aside from celebrities at major events. I would be willing to wear a hot pink suit, but I don’t think society is ready for me to wear a hot pink suit.

There are very few occasions where it would actually work, and given that I’m not exactly a social butterfly these days, I don’t get many occasions to wear a costume like this no matter how point I admire the style.

In Breath Of The Wild, Link can choose from tons of different outfit options, but I’m talking about his classic green tunic. I’ve never worn a tunic, but it doesn’t look all that different from modern shirts, so I can’t imagine it would feel so weird.

I will say that I definitely don’t have the legs to wear the skintight look, so I’d go for something similar to the Twilight Princess outfit. The problem is, there’s really no way you can’t look like you’re ready for medieval combat, which means that, much like Thanos, critical stare from outsiders is inevitable.

1 Shovel Knight – Shovel Knight

Would you like to try removing armor? I certainly would. There are tons of fantastic armor sets in the gaming world, but one of my absolute favorites has to be the Shovel Knight armor. Light blue with gold trim still looks sharp, but armor doesn’t work these days.

Does it matter that people look at me funny? Not really. I’d be in armor, what would I care? The problem is, I don’t want to be known as the guy who shows up to every party in his best armor. Although, if I started the trend, maybe more people would start wearing armor, and the problem could be completely avoided.
